Crafted out of a soft, silky poly fabric, our knee-length petticoats have a nice elastic waistband. H&R London’s petticoats adds high volume to our kid's dresses, helping them to achieve that perfect 50s look. Our three layer petticoats are sturdy yet comfortable and give our swing dresses and circle skirts a great shape. The fabric itself is strong and firm yet soft to touch.
