Order from the webshop
Have a look around the webshop and see if there is anything you would like to order. Found something? Choose the right size (and colour), and put it in the shopping basket by pushing the button. When you have finished shopping check the content of your shopping basket by clicking on the icon on top of your screen. We will provide a list of the items you selected. You still have the pchance to alter the content concerning measure or number. When you are satisfied press the button ‘check out’ .
Once your items have been paid, we will send them over to you. We accept payment via PayPal, iDeal and creditcards. All our transactions go via the severely secured lines, in our local system as well as with our bank. Your privacy and security are guaranteed
Payments via PayPal run through a PayPal account that is linked to either a credit card or debet card. Payment is also possible with an email address and unique password. PayPal tells us in an instant that you have paid your bill.
All items published in our webshop are in stock. Orders received and paid for before 16.00 hrs (GMT+1) will be dispatched the same day. The package will reach you in 1-2 working day within the Netherlands, and about 2-5 working days elsewhere in Europe. (please note, this is just an indication, shipment could take up to 2 weeks)
All Internantional packages come with a Track&Trace number, so you can easily follow your parcel.

In case you wish to return one or more items, you have the opportunity to send the items back within 14 days after receiving them. Items should not have been used (other than fitting), in the original box or package and with the price tag still on. Articles that arrive late or appear to be worn or used or missing the price tag, will not be refunded. Cost for postage in case of return has to be paid by the costumer.
As soon as we have received the article in correct condition, we will issue a refund; no discussion.
When you are living in or visiting The Netherlands, you can come to our physical store in Amersfoort. You are welcome to have a coffee or tea there and discover all the beautiful things we have got in store for you. Returning of things bought in the webshop is also possible in the physical shop, We love to help you to make shopping with us a real pleasure.
Unfortunately earrings, legwear and underwear can't be returned or exchanged.
